This video hosted by Dr. Maurice Rawlings, a noted cardiologist, investigates life after death and his experiences with patients that actually saw 'the other side!' It is thought provoking and worth the watching, unfortunately for those without broadband that may not be possible. The video is 89 minutes long, but well worth the watch. |

I believe that the concept of the after life is a valuable tool in getting people to think, but the threat of Hell or the promise of Heaven isn't what gets them saved. I have found that it's the promise of how Jesus can make their lives whole that reaches them. Eternal life is more than living forever, it's being whole beings. Without Jesus we are always going to be lacking. Jesus gives life meaning, He gives a peace that surpasses all sorts of joy. In the end, that's what brings people to Jesus, not Heaven or Hell. I would follow Jesus even if there wasn't an after life. |

I agree with you and am so glad that we also have eternity to worship and fellowship with Him. It's that fellowship that means so much to me. I know that no matter how bad I look, how stupid I sound or how unpopular I might be, Jesus is always there to hear me and fellowship with me.He is a friend, a real friend indeed. |
